The Company was notified on 19 January 2006 in accordance with Article 13.1 of
the Company's Articles of Association that as at 17 January 2006, Morgan Stanley
Securities Limited ("MSSL") disposed of an interest in the shares with the
result that MSSL, and the group companies which are direct or indirect holdings
of MSSL, no longer hold a notifiable interest in the shares in accordance with
Section 198 of the Companies Act 1985.
