that Mr Kjell Almskog, a non-executive director of the Company, was appointed
non-executive chairman of Intex Resources ASA (formerly Crew Minerals ASA) on 28
November 2007. Intex Resources ASA's principal activity is mining and
exploration of non-precious metal and services of mineral projects and is listed
on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
