   31 May 2007         Special resolution to authorise the Company
                       to make purchases on a stock exchange of
                       ordinary shares US$0.025 each in the capital
                       of the Company, in accordance with specific
                       criteria.

   31 May 2007         Special resolution to authorise the
                       allotment of up to 17,217,742 ordinary
                       shares of US$0.025 without applying rights
                       of pre-emption.

   16 October 2007     Re-submission of a certified copy of the
                       Annual Report and Accounts for year ended 31
                       December 2005.

   12 March 2008       Jersey Annual Return for 2008.
