Additional Listing

Application has been approved by the London Stock Exchange and the UK Listing
Authority of the FSA for an additional listing of 274,938 ordinary shares of
US$0.025 each fully paid and ranking pari passu with the existing ordinary
shares and issued in consideration for the acquisition of SPD Group Limited. The
shares have been approved for admission to the Official List on 19 January 2007.
