Notice of FY 2016 Trading Update and Guidance Update

Petra Diamonds Limited announces that its forthcoming Trading Update (unaudited) for the year ended 30 June 2016 ("FY 2016") will be released on Monday 25 July 2016, ahead of its Preliminary Results for the year, which will be released on 19 September 2016. Petra will also release market guidance for the year to 30 June 2017 ("FY 2017") and high level guidance for the period thereafter to the end of the year to 30 June 2019 ("FY 2019") on the same day.

A conference call to discuss the updates with investors and analysts will be hosted at 9:30am BST on 25 July 2016 and a shorter call for international investors will be hosted later in the day at 4:30pm BST. Details of these calls will be included in the Trading Update announcement and will be available on the Company's website.
