Completion of Debt Facilities

 

 

Further to the announcement of 13 November 2012, Petra announces that financial close in relation to the FirstRand Bank Limited (acting through its Rand Merchant Bank and First National Bank divisions), Absa Corporate and Investment Banking ("Absa") (a division of Absa Bank Limited and a member of Barclays) and IFC (a member of the World Bank Group) debt facilities of approximately US$244 million was reached on 16 November 2012. These transactions have now completed and the facilities are available for drawdown.

 

Full details pertaining to the terms of the facilities were provided in the Company's announcement of 13 November 2012.
