                               Additional Listing



Application has been made for 200,000 new ordinary shares of 10p each in the
Company to be admitted to trading on the AIM Market of London Stock Exchange plc
and the ASX.  The shares are being issued following the exercise of all share
options held by the estate of Mr. W. Roberts.



The shares will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares and dealings are
expected to commence in the new ordinary shares on AIM and ASX on 11 July 2005.
