                               Additional Listing




Petra announces that on 15 June 2006 396,147 new ordinary shares were issued
pursuant to the exercise of options over 250,000 shares by Kevin Dabinett (as
announced on 31 May 2006) and the exercise of options over 146,147 shares by
Petra management.



The shares will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares and dealings are
expected to commence in the new ordinary shares on AIM and ASX on 22 June 2006.
