Update


The Company announces that Richard Hill, Business Development Director, offered
his resignation to the Board on Friday 15 November and such resignation has been
accepted.

In accordance with the announcement made on 6 November 2002, the Company hopes
to make a fuller announcement, including details of its new management
structure, reorganisation plan and the interim results for the six months period
ending 30th June 2002 in the near future.

The Company continues to make progress towards meeting its objective of
restoring its shares to trading on AIM.
