The Company have been informed that Mr Owen Williams and Mr Michael Williams,
(former Directors of the Company) who are both beneficially interested in The
Williams Family Settlement and The Stubbing Trust sold on Tuesday 16th April
2003 a total of 8,672,850 Screen Plc Ordinary shares at 5.5p per share which
represents a total of 15.562% of the Company's issued share capital


Mr Owen Williams & Mr Michael Williams no longer have a notifiable interest in
the Company.
