The interests of the directors of Petards Group plc in the ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") are as follows:

Andy Wonnacott            20,000 (0.18%)

 

 

Andy Wonnacott has an interest in options over a total of 95,900 new Ordinary Shares.  Further details are  as follows:

 

-     46,100 options exerciseable at 160p between 7 March 2008 and 6 March 2015

-     19,800 options exerciseable at 100p between 17 January 2009 and 16 January 2016

-     30,000 options exerciseable at 100p between 27 July 2009 and 26 July 2016
