Screen Plc ('the Company')- Directors Holding
The Company was notified today that Owen Williams, chairman, had sold
yesterday 1,000,000 ordinary shares at a price of 13 pence per share and
another 1,000,000 ordinary shares at a price of 13.25 pence per share.
