                      Grant of Share Options to Directors


Screen, a leading provider of advanced security and communication systems,
announces that on 27th April 2004, the Company granted, in aggregate, options
over 750,000 ordinary shares in the Company to Directors of the Company as
described below:

Following these grants the Company has a total of 5,922,339 ordinary shares

ordinary share capital.
