SCREEN PLC (the 'Company')
Screen PLC announces that it has today agreed to issue 12,500,000 ordinary
shares of 0.1p each in the Company at a price of 1.75p, conditional upon the
admission of the shares to trading on AIM.
*A Private Investor is a recipient of the information who meets all of the conditions set out below, the recipient:
