                          DIRECTORS TRANSFER OF SHARES



The Company has today been informed that Mr Roger Michael Green, Non-Executive
Director, transferred 16,500 Ordinary Shares of 5p each to his wife, Mrs
Patricia Susan Green, on 21 January 2004.  The shares were transferred at nil
value, and Mr Green's beneficial interest remains at 19,363 shares, representing
0.06% of the total shares in issue.
