DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING

The company has been informed today by Kenneth Rooney, that on 21 January 2011 he purchased 4,425 ordinary shares of 5p each for his SIPP representing 0.02% of the issued share capital of the Company, at a price of 289 pence per ordinary share.

Following this transaction, Mr Rooney is interested in 242,677 shares, representing 0.81% of the total shares in issue.
