Result of General Meeting

Personal Assets Trust plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce that at a general meeting of the Company held earlier today, the resolution to make certain changes to the Company's articles of association, as set out in the circular to shareholders dated 23 March 2015, was approved by shareholders. The new articles of association have been adopted with immediate effect.

A copy of the resolution has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
