Dividend Declaration

The Board of Personal Assets Trust plc has today declared a third interim dividend for the year to 30 April 2013 of £1.40 per share. The dividend will be paid on 18 January 2013 to shareholders on the register on 7 December 2012. The ex-dividend date will be 5 December 2012.

The fourth interim dividend for the year ended 30 April 2013, expected to be paid in April 2013, will be £1.40 per share and the total dividend for the year will be £5.60.
