As previously announced, Martin Hamilton-Sharp has retired from the Board following the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting held today, 25 July 2013. The Board wishes to place on record its warm appreciation and gratitude for the contribution Mr Hamilton-Sharp has made to the Company's success over the 23 years during which he served as a non-executive Director and to wish him well for his retirement.
