Annual Report for the year ended 30 April 2011

On 2 June 2011, Personal Assets Trust plc announced its final results for the year ended 30 April 2011.

The Company now announces that it has posted to shareholders its full Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 April 2011 ("Annual Report") which contains the Notice of Annual General Meeting to be held on 21 July 2011. Copies of the Annual Report have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do
