Persimmon plc ('Persimmon' or the 'Company')
Directors dealings
The Company was informed earlier today, that on 14 March 2000, Duncan
Davidson, Chairman of the Company, acquired 17,850 ordinary shares in
Persimmon at £1.66 per share.
Following this purchase Mr Davidson (and family) is interested in 18,019,730
shares representing 9.93 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
