The Scrip dividend shares will not be block listed. The fully amended text of
the announcement as it should read can be found below.

Application has been made for 1,693,563 ordinary shares of 10p each in the
Company to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to
trading on the London Stock Exchange. The shares will be issued fully paid and
will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of
the Company.

These shares will be issued in respect of the interim scrip dividend for the
year ending 31 December 2006.
