The Annual General Meeting of Permanent TSB Group Holdings plc will take place at the Ballsbridge Hotel, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4 on Wednesday 16 May 2018 at 11.30 a.m.

The following documents will shortly be posted to ordinary shareholders and are now available to view online on the Company's website www.permanenttsbgroup.ie:

(i) Notice of Annual General Meeting; and

(ii) Form of Proxy.

The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2017 which were published on the 14 March 2018 are available to view on the following link:
