Board retirement at permanent tsb Group Holdings plc

Tuesday 22^nd December 2015.  

Dominic Dodd has advised the Board that, having completed his 3 year term as a Director, he does not intend to stand for re-election and will retire from the Board at the conclusion of the forthcoming AGM of the Group which will be held on Wednesday 20^th April 2016. 

The Chairman of Permanent TSB Group Holdings plc, Alan Cook, paid tribute to Dominic for his contribution to the Board.  He said:  "Dominic has been a valued colleague and has made an enormous contribution to the Board during his tenure. On behalf of my colleagues, I want to express our appreciation to him for his work on the Board and we wish him every success in the years ahead.
