Pan Andean Resources PLC announces that it received notification today that
the Endeavour Oil & Gas Limited Partnership has reduced its holding in the
Company's ordinary 1p shares from 9,165,000 shares, representing approximately
10.53 per cent of the entire issued share capital of the Company, to 6,013,000
shares, representing approximately 6.91 per cent of the entire issued share
capital of the Company.
