TRANSFER OF SHARES OUT OF TREASURY (LR12.6.4) - REPLACEMENT

The announcement released at 4.24pm today under RNS No. 3073L referred to share transfers for the purposes of the Company's Performance and Co-investment Plan.  This should have read 'for the purposes of the Company's Annual Incentive Bonus Plan - Deferred Bonus Element.'

All other details remain unchanged.
