ADDITIONAL LISTING


Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the admission of
159,780 ordinary shares of 111 pence each in the Company to the Official List
and to the London Stock Exchange for these securities to be admitted to trading.
The application has been made pursuant to the scrip dividend alternative in
lieu of cash for the interim dividend in respect of the year ended 31 March
2005.  Admission is effective from 7 April 2005.
