ADDITIONAL LISTING


Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the admission of
202,015 ordinary shares of 111 pence each in the Company to the Official List
and to the London Stock Exchange for these securities to be admitted to trading.
The application is being made pursuant of the scrip dividend alternative in lieu
of cash for the final dividend in respect of the year ended 31 March 2003.
Admission is expected to be effective from      1 October 2003.
