Pennant International Group plc announces that it has today purchased 105,500 of
its own ordinary shares of 5p, at a price of 20 pence per share, to be held as
treasury shares. The Company now holds 288,000 ordinary shares in treasury. The
number of ordinary shares remaining in the market is 31,712,000.
