Pennant International Group plc announces that on 8 December 2005, it purchased
434,000 of its own ordinary 5p shares, at a price of 11.5 pence per share, to be
held as treasury shares. This is the only holding of treasury shares the Company
has and the number of ordinary shares remaining in the market is 31,566,000.
