Further to the announcement by Pennant International Group on 20 November 2002,
confirming the award of two major contracts identified in its interim statement
dated 9 August 2002, the Company is pleased to announce a major inflow of orders
in Pennant Training Systems Limited.

During the month of November 2002 Pennant Training Systems has received orders
with an aggregate value of £1,000,000 covering support and product upgrade
activities that will enhance capability for its clients worldwide.  This
represents the largest such order intake for over two years.  The revenues from
these orders will be recognised in the period to the end of 2003.
