Pennant International Group PLC 19 May 2005 Pennant International Group plc Pennant takes additional £1 million of orders Pennant Training Systems Ltd and Pennant Information Services Ltd have between them won orders with an aggregate value in excess of £1 million. The orders include contracts for BAE Systems to provide training system software for the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Hawk jet programme and Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Ltd ('KHI') in Japan to produce a full suite of maintenance manuals and provide training support for KHI's construction of new railcars for Taipei City. The contract, awarded by BAE Systems, is for additional courseware for computer based training systems used for the RAAF Hawk jet programme. The contract, worth around £300,000 covers both design and production of the new courseware. The contract, awarded by KHI, is to provide KHI's client engineers and maintenance staff with the required technical information to carry out tasks associated with maintaining the new railcars. It includes operating and maintenance manuals, training courseware and course delivery, the different elements being progressively phased during 2005/06.
