Rathbone Brothers PLC of current interests in the voting rights in the Company's
share capital:



Further to the sale of 27,500 ordinary shares in the Company on 28 March 2007,
Rathbone Investment Management Limited holds voting rights over 3,149,191
ordinary shares of the Company, representing 9.97% of the total voting rights of
the Company.
