At the Annual General Meeting of Pennant International Group plc ('Pennant'),
held today in Cheltenham, all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed.

Immediately following the conclusion of the AGM, an Extraordinary General
Meeting was held at which the resolution put to shareholders was also passed.
