Minto Second Shipment of Copper Concentrate

London, United Kingdom - Pembridge Resources plc (LSE: PERE) ("Pembridge" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the second shipment of copper concentrate from the Minto mine.

On Wednesday 26th August the second shipment of copper concentrate since the Minto mine re-opened left the port of Skagway on board the bulk carrier 'Sea Breeze'.  This load of 10,000 wet metric tonnes represents the mine's production since April 2020, when the first shipment was made, and is expected to arrive at the discharge port of Niihama, in Japan, in mid-September.

Gati Al-Jebouri, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Pembridge said:

"This second shipment of copper concentrate is the result of the incredible commitment and hard work of the Minto team during these very challenging times.  Despite the Covid-19 pandemic, the Minto mine has remained open and operating.  We at Pembridge very much appreciate the work and care of all the staff and management team at the mine that has made this possible."
