Results of the Court Meeting, the Extraordinary General Meeting ('EGM') and the
Class Meeting (the 'Meetings')


Further to the announcement by Peel on the 30 June 2004 relating to the offer by
Peel Acquisitions Ltd to buy-out the minority shareholders in Peel by way of a
scheme of arrangement under s.425 of the Companies Act 1985, the Board of Peel
announces that the resolutions proposed at the Meetings which commenced at 11:00
a.m. today were all duly passed.
