INTERIM REPORT FOR HALF YEAR ENDED 30TH SEPTEMBER 2000

It is intended to make the announcement of the results of the half year ended
30th September 2000 on Thursday 21st December 2000.  A Board Meeting of the
Directors of the Company to approve the results and declare a dividend will be
held on the same day.
