Resignation of Group Finance Director 

Vislink plc, a leading global software and technology business specialising in solutions for the live collection, delivery and playout automation of high quality video 'from scene to screen' for the broadcast and surveillance and public safety markets, today announces that Ian Davies, the Finance Director of the Company, has decided to resign with immediate effect for personal health-related reasons. The Board wishes to thank Ian for his service and wishes him well for the future.
