     Admission of shares to the Official List of the Irish Stock Exchange



Vislink is pleased to announce that following the commencement of trading in
Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company on the London Stock Exchange on
Wednesday, 6 December, 2000, admission of the Ordinary Shares to the Official
List of the Irish Stock Exchange will take place and trading on the Irish
Stock Exchange is expected to commence on Monday 11 December, 2000.
