Vislink PLC 07 October 2002 VISLINK PLC PRESS RELEASE: 7th October 2002 JONATHAN FLINT JOINS VISLINK AS MD OF UK BROADCAST BUSINESSES Jonathan Flint has been appointed managing director of Vislink's UK Broadcast Businesses. Flint's appointment is part of a series of initiatives to accelerate the growth of its UK Broadcast Businesses - Advent, Multipoint and Continental Microwave, by bringing the UK Broadcast Businesses together under one management team, whilst maintaining a close relationship with the Group's US market leading Broadcast business, MRC. Flint has joined the Group from BAE Systems Sensor Systems Division where, for nearly three years, he was managing director responsible for around £500 million sales per annum. After graduating in Physics from Imperial College, he joined GEC in 1982 and subsequently he became General Manager of the Satellite Equipment Business. In 1995 he became Business Director of the Airborne Electronic Warfare business and completed an MBA, specialising in Strategic Management. In 1998 he was appointed Managing Director of Avionic Systems, the displays and flight controls part of the Avionics Group of BAE Systems.
