Vislink plc has today been advised that the Vislink 2002 Employees' Share Trust
(the 'Trust') (a trust established to facilitate the operation of the Company's
2002 employees' share scheme) purchased 500,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p in the
Company on 25 March 2003 at 15.0p per share. The Trust now holds 950,000
ordinary shares representing 0.93% of the issued share capital of the Company.
