Vislink plc has today been advised that the Vislink 2002 Employees' Share Trust
(the 'Trust') (a trust established to facilitate the operation of the Company's
2002 employees' share scheme) purchased 450,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p in the
Company on 4 October 2002 at 18.5p per share.
