Vislink plc announces appointment of new Board Director.

Vislink plc announces that Mr Leonard Graham Mann has been appointed to the
Board as an executive director with effect from November 2, 2005. Mr Mann, aged
54, is the Chief Technology Officer of the Group's Broadcast businesses and the
Managing Director of Link Research Limited, acquired by the Group on February
11, 2005.

Commenting on the appointment Mr Ian Scott-Gall, Chief Executive, said, 'The
appointment of Len Mann will greatly enhance the technical knowledge of the
Board. The Group is committed to a strong development programme for the next
generation of microwave and satellite communication products including the
introduction of high definition (HD) TV platforms. The appointment of Len Mann
to the Board will ensure that his technical knowledge will be used to support
and deliver our plans.'
