Vislink plc announces appointment of new Board Director



Vislink plc announces that Mr Tony Finizio has been appointed to the Board as an
executive director with effect from December 2nd, 2004. Mr Finizio, aged 61, is
the President of the Group's US Broadcast business MRC and has been instrumental
in the continuous growth of MRC since its purchase by Vislink in July 2000.



Commenting on the appointment Mr Ian Scott-Gall Chief Executive said, 'The
appointment of Tony Finizio will strengthen the Board and help the group with
its growth strategy for the US and international microwave radio markets.'

of the UKLA Listing Rules.
