Vislink plc has been advised today that Mr. ALR Morton (a director) sold
3,892,891 ordinary shares of 2.5p in the Company (registered in his name),
representing 3.82% of the issued share capital of the Company, on 28 March 2003
at 13.5pence. Following this disposal Mr. ALR Morton holds 3,882,082 shares in
the Company representing 3.80% of its issued share capital.


The shares were acquired by Mr. Andrew Robert Morton who is the son of Mr. ALR
Morton. In addition a further 107,109 shares were acquired by Mr. Andrew Morton
on 28 March 2003 at 13.5pence. Following this purchase Mr. Andrew Moron holds
4,000,000 shares in the Company representing 3.92% of its issued share capital.
