The Company has been informed by Ian Scott-Gall, Chief Executive, that he has
exercised 60,000 share options at an exercise price of 26.5 pence per share on
28 March 2008. Following this conversion Mr Scott-Gall will be interested in
1,220,000 shares representing 0.88 per cent of the issued share capital.

In addition the Company has been informed by James Trumper, Finance Director,
that he has purchased 100,000 shares at a price of 28.75 pence per share on 28
March 2008. Following this purchase Mr Trumper will be interested in 416,000
shares representing 0.30 per cent of the issued share capital.
