The Company has been informed on 5 November 2007 by Leonard Mann, a
non-executive director, that he has exercised 6,481 SAYE share options at an
exercise price of 54.5 pence per share. The rights to these shares accrued to Mr
Mann whilst he was an executive director. Following this transaction Mr Mann
holds 2,405,567 shares representing 1.74 per cent of the issued share capital of
the Company.
