The Company has been informed on 27 November 2007 by Oliver Ellingham, a
non-executive director, that he has purchased 100,000 ordinary shares in the
Company at a price of 55.25 pence per share. Following this transaction Mr
Ellingham will be interested in 100,000 shares representing 0.07 per cent of the
issued share capital of the Company.
