The Company has been informed on 1 September 2006 by James Trumper, the Group
Finance Director, that he has exercised 168,000 share options at an exercise
price of 27.5 pence per share. In addition the Company has been informed that Mr
Trumper has sold 152,000 shares in the Company at a price of 82.0 pence.
Following these transactions Mr Trumper will be interested in 316,000 shares
representing 0.23 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
