Change of Auditor

Following the conclusion of a formal tender process for its audit services, Pebble Beach Systems Group plc   is pleased to announce that Evelyn Partners LLP (formerly known as Smith & Williamson LLP) have been selected to act as its new auditor.

Following completion of the 31 December 2021 audit and in accordance with section 519 of the Companies Act 2006, Pebble's auditor, Grant Thornton UK LLP, have sent a letter to the Group and its subsidiaries detailing the circumstances connected with them ceasing to hold office as auditor, with the reason stated as them being unsuccessful in the tender process, and have confirmed to the Group that there are no matters connected with ceasing to hold office that need to be brought to the attention of the members or creditors of the Company.

A resolution to appoint Evelyn Partners LLP as auditor will be submitted to shareholders for approval at the 2023 Annual General Meeting.
